Hours
Front Desk Hours
For boarding and daycare, check in, check out, and tours are between the hours of 7:00 - 9:00am and 5:00 - 7:00pm, 7 days per week. Having limited front desk hours is how we keep our prices low for you. In between front desk times we have grooming appointments, walks, play groups, etc. Please be courteous and don't take time away from the pets. Interruptions outside of normal check in and check out hours effect the emotional well-being of the dogs. If you don't abide by these times you will be charged a $100 interruption fee.
Check in/out & Tour Times
These are the times a receptionist/cashier is at the desk:
7:00am - 9:00am, 7 days a week
5:00pm - 7:00pm, 7 days a week
Rates & Payment
All rates are per day, like a hotel, and start accruing the day you check in. Check out in the morning before 9:00am and you will not be charged another day. If checked out after 9:00am, there will be a charge for an extra day. This additional charge is due to your dog being walked 3-4 times, fed, and taking up the run for the day. Our rates are all-inclusive and there are never any hidden charges. We provide bedding and bowls. No pet beds are allowed due to stuffing. There is no way to properly clean and disinfect them if soiled.
Vaccination Requirements
All dogs must be up to date on shots. They need to include current weight, Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella and proof of flea and tick preventive. Proof of current shots needs to be faxed to (410) 442-0110. When faxed, they will go directly to the person who logs them into the computer. If you hand carry or email them you will be charged a $10 handling fee to send them to the proper location.
